Registered Provisional Psychologist 

Cheska is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. she obtained her Masters of Counselling Degree from City University of Seattle and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. 

Cheska believes in working collaboratively with her clients while providing a safe, non-judgemental environment. She integrates various frameworks into her practice to address individual needs and brings a multicultural perspective to her sessions. Frameworks include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Bases Practices.
